Happy Birthday Arijit Singh: The King of Music

In the Indian music industry, Arijit Singh is one of the most popular singer. Born on April 25, 1987, in Jiaganj, Murshidabad, West Bengal, He won the hearts of millions of music lovers worldwide for his melodious and soulful voice.

In 2005 Arijit Singh started career in music industry as a contestant on the reality show Fame Gurukul, but unfortunately not selected for the final. However, after winning the reality show 10 Ke 10 Le Gaye Dil in 2006, he gained recognition in music industry. After that, he worked as a music programmer under the guidance of Pritam Chakraborty, one of the most successful music director in India.

As a playback singer, Arijit Singh made his Bollywood entry with the song ‘Phir Mohabbat’ from the movie Murder2 in 2011. But ‘Tum Hi Ho’ from the movie Aashiqui 2 made his name household in India in 2013. Tum Hi Ho become an instant hit, and numerous awards and nominations were received for this song.
